Walktall – customer service done well
Walktall is one of the leading tall mens clothing shops in the UK. And with good reason too. As I recently made a Walktall purchase, I thought I’d run through the experience of what went well and what could be improved.
Here are the key things:
A simple and efficient ordering process:
Ordering clothes with Walktall is an internet dream. The layout of the site means it’s easy to find extra large shoes in a variety of sizes (I’ve seen them go up to a size 19 before). This time I was ordering clothes, but it was easy to find the perfect item, and to get a good idea of what the finished product will look like.
A generous returns policy:
Walktall gives you clear and easy to follow instructions about how to return your clothes if you don’t want them. The hoodie I bought was too short on the sleeve, and I found out that I had up to 60 days to return them for exchange. If you want a refund, you have to return them within 7 days (which is perhaps less generous), but it’s pretty straightforward and good for customers.
Excellent customer service:
Every time I call Walktall I’m always greeted by a welcoming and friendly operator. If I’m asking about whether a shirt will be tall enough, or when some size 16 shoes will be in stock, they are always helpful. Notice, also, that they reply to every message left on their website which show a great commitment to customers. This care for quality service in tall clothing is a good reason Walktall is one of the biggest names in the market.
